Tunnel Town is the new game for iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch from the creators of Animal Jam. Once upon a time, a group of sophisticated and worldly rabbits in Jamaa were tricked by the Phantoms and fell into a mysterious portal to another world. With the help of Peck, the Alpha rabbit, they must brush up on their basic rabbiting skills in order to create an underground bunny community with all the comforts of home. Players will dig tunnels and rooms underground, furnish and decorate them with fun stuff to do, and populate their burrow by breeding new species of bunnies on the dance floor.
Tunnel Town features the rabbits of Animal Jam, but it doesn't take place in Jamaa. These rabbits have been transported to a strange new world, where Peck will help them build a new home. Tunnel Town does not connect to the Animal Jam web game in any way; nothing that a player does in Animal Jam or Tunnel Town will affect the player's experience in the other game. Also, National Geographic is not responsible for Tunnel Town; the game is meant for entertainment only, and does not blend in educational content in the way that Animal Jam itself does.

Many owners of the 1st generation iPad and the 4th generation iPod Touch have been frustrated to learn that Tunnel Town doesn't yet support these devices. We are working very hard to expand the list of supported devices, including 1st generation iPads and 4th generation iPods. We'll keep you posted on our progress here and on the Tunnel Town Facebook page. This is a very high priority for us!

Tunnel Town is free to download and play for as long as you'd like, but there are in-app purchases available. Parents can disable all in-app purchasing features through their Apple device settings by tapping Settings General Restrictions and enabling Restrictions, then setting In-App Purchases to OFF.
Unless you give them a job to do, like mining Gems or working out on the treadmill, your bunnies will wander around the burrow and amuse themselves. If you put a bunny somewhere and returned later to find it gone, look around your burrow and see if it might be hiding in a tunnel somewhere. Sometimes bunnies get inadvertently put away in your inventory, too. Try tapping the bunny icon on the RIGHT side of the screen to open your inventory, and you'll see right away if your stray bunny is hiding out in there. If it is, just touch its icon and drag it into your burrow.
If your whole burrow has disappeared, check to see if your device is set to use the same GameCenter account you started playing with. If you're using the correct GameCenter account but still believe you've lost data, we will do our best to help you! Send us a message from the Feedback page and tell us about the problem. Tunnel Town is available in English only at this time. Other languages will be added in future updates, but no dates for specific languages have been announced.
